With the company bring it’s business into an entering a new development stage, the group company leaders deeply feel that they must continue to seek survival and new development in the construction field. To this end, the group company held a 2012 business seminar in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province in late April with the participation of senior managers and heads of two subsidiary company. They discussed the system, mechanisms, talents, etc., and further increased the close cooperation between the group company and the two levels. The strength of the subsidiary company, Strive to seek innovation and development in the increasingly competitive construction market.

Participants believe that: management is the core, and we should form the concept of full management, as much as possible to obtain information, seize the opportunity. The key to the development of the company is talents. It is necessary to cultivate management leaders, establish a talent pool, gather business talents around the leaders, actively participate in market competition, and strive for resource sharing between the two levels of companies.
